This project, that was completed during last month's seminar utilizes the product Surecrete Wall Stamp. This product comes in a light gray color mix. This material is able to be used to create a variety of finishes. In this particular application, we used it to create a wall that looks like cultured stone. It can be carved or stamped. It is also able to be stained to add color to it. This product is able to be built out several inches from the surface it is being attached to. Surecrete XS Precast mix and Modifier was used to create the actual sink. The color pack in the mix was Green Slate. It's Sealant Season. Biscotti is modeling for these three featured products: SureCrete’s HS 200 Series is a premium exterior Silane Based clear stamped concrete sealer for durable protection on driveways and pool decks as well as high traffic walkways and sidewalks. HS 200 Series is a 20% Solids silane-based acrylic sealer that is available in a low-VOC formula. HS 200 is one of the best Penetrating Concrete Sealers on the market today. TK-290 VOC is a low viscosity, multi-substrate, salt, and water repellent. TK-290 series is engineered to prevent damage from environmental conditions including de-icing agents, salts, freeze damage, efflorescence, scaling, and surface popping. TK-290 is a solvent-based formulation to penetrate up to 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) and chemically bond with the substrate to become a permanent part, prohibiting salt, water, chloride ion, and acid rain intrusion. This protection ensures the longest life-cycle to the substrate by preventing surface deterioration. Also is available in a water based formulation. There is no better penetrating sealer on the market. SureCrete's Super WB is a 30% solids, water based clear outdoor sealer for pool decks and patios that are low VOC (less than 100 g/L), strong binding, gloss acrylic sealer for any cement based product. This product contains a hybrid, self-cross-linking, acrylic resin with built-in water repellency and tenacious penetration and adhesion. It does not contain wax or silicone additives. The coating is chemical resistant, durable, does not blush, has long solids retention, and is easy to clean. This customer was interested in creating an outdoor space that would include an area for grilling and outdoor cooking. We extended his current concrete pad and repaired his existing concrete pad using TK2090 crack repair. We then used Surecrete Suretex to overlay the pad and create an Ashler Slate pattern. We also installed a grill area using Blaze appliances and Lampus Country Stone block. Lighting was installed using Unique Lighting fixtures.
